IHHT — Intermittent Hypoxic-Hyperoxic Training

IHHT pairs controlled hypoxic-hyperoxic breathing cycles with treadmill walking or running to simultaneously drive mitochondrial adaptation and maximize vasodilation — delivering the cardiovascular and cellular benefits of high-altitude training without leaving the clinic.

During each session, you breathe reduced-oxygen air until your vessels dilate, then switch to high-dose oxygen — flooding tissues with the critical nutrient at peak delivery capacity. Over repeated cycles, this trains your body to produce energy more efficiently at the cellular level.

The central mechanism is mitochondrial optimization.
