CHIROPRACTIC CARE

MOVE WELL
FOR DECADES

Personalized adjustments, with cupping and TENS when appropriate. $125 per visit, all included.

WHY MOVEMENT MATTERS AT 80

How well you move at 80 depends on the joints, muscles and habits you keep now. Chiropractic care is one way to keep them working, so stiffness and pain don’t quietly shrink what you do.

Mobility is a core part of your intrinsic capacity, the physical and mental reserve that shapes how well you’ll live at 80. It feeds your Physical Function, Strength & Mobility score, one of the ten Silent Gap™ Assessment domain scores we track and retest twice a year.

WHAT A VISIT CAN INCLUDE

  • An exam of posture, joints and movement

  • Adjustments or gentler mobilization

  • Soft-tissue work

  • Cupping

  • TENS

  • Exercises and guidance for home

Not every visit needs every technique. Your chiropractor chooses what fits your findings that day.

WHAT IT MAY HELP

Research suggests spinal manipulation and mobilization can ease some types of back and neck pain and improve movement in the right patients. Care may be considered for:

  • Back or neck discomfort

  • Joint stiffness and muscle tension

  • Limited mobility or postural strain

  • Soreness from exercise

  • Some neck-related headaches

Chiropractic care isn’t right for every condition. We may recommend imaging, a medical review or a referral first.

Chiropractic care, cupping and TENS may provide temporary relief for certain musculoskeletal symptoms but do not guarantee improvement or cure an underlying condition. Treatment is provided only after evaluation and informed consent. Risks, benefits and alternatives vary. Individual results vary.

WHAT TO EXPECT

1. Review. Your symptoms, history, medications and goals.

2. Exam. Posture, movement, joint motion, strength and nerve function as needed.

3. Plan. We explain what we found and the treatment before we start.

4. Treatment. Adjustment, mobilization, soft-tissue work, cupping or TENS.

5. Next steps. Exercises, activity advice and follow-up if needed.

CUPPING AND TENS

Cupping uses gentle suction on muscles and soft tissue. It often leaves round marks that fade within a few days and can cause tenderness or bruising.

TENS uses small pads on the skin to send mild electrical pulses that may briefly ease muscle and joint discomfort. It feels like tingling and is set to your comfort.

WORKS WITH LIVING STRONG

If you train at Living Strong Fitness Studio, your chiropractor and coach can work together on what to do, what to modify and what to pause, so you keep building strength safely.
