Personalized chiropractic care, with cupping and TENS available when clinically appropriate—all included for one flat fee of $125 per visit.

$125 PER VISIT

MORE THAN AN ADJUSTMENT

Pain and restricted movement rarely exist in isolation. Joint mobility, muscle tension, posture, activity, previous injuries and movement patterns can all contribute to how your body feels and functions.

Our chiropractic visits may combine:

  • Chiropractic evaluation

  • Manual adjustments or mobilization

  • Soft-tissue techniques

  • Cupping

  • TENS therapy

  • Mobility guidance

  • Movement recommendations

  • Home-care education

Not every patient needs every modality. Your chiropractor selects the techniques appropriate for that visit.

ONE VISIT. ONE CLEAR PRICE.

$125 PER APPOINTMENT

Your visit may include chiropractic care, cupping and TENS without separate modality fees when clinically appropriate.

  • No insurance billing

  • No copays

  • No surprise add-on charges

  • No required treatment package

  • No long-term contract

Payment is due at the time of service.

WHAT CHIROPRACTIC CARE MAY SUPPORT

Research suggests chiropractic manipulation and mobilization may provide relief for certain types of musculoskeletal pain and may help improve mobility and physical function in appropriately selected patients.

Care may be considered for:

  • Back discomfort

  • Neck discomfort

  • Joint stiffness

  • Muscle tension

  • Mobility limitations

  • Postural strain

  • Exercise-related soreness

  • Restricted movement

  • Certain uncomplicated headaches associated with the neck

  • General musculoskeletal maintenance

Chiropractic care is not appropriate for every symptom or condition. Evaluation, medical referral or diagnostic imaging may be recommended before treatment.

CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENT AND MOBILIZATION

Chiropractic adjustments use controlled force directed at selected joints. Mobilization uses gentler, repeated movement intended to improve joint motion.

The technique selected depends on:

  • Your symptoms

  • Examination findings

  • Medical history

  • Comfort level

  • Bone and joint health

  • Previous response to treatment

  • Personal preference

You can discuss technique preferences with your chiropractor before treatment begins.

CUPPING THERAPY

Cupping uses suction applied to the skin over selected muscles and soft tissues.

It may be used as part of a broader treatment plan to support:

  • Temporary muscle relaxation

  • Local circulation

  • Soft-tissue mobility

  • Recovery after activity

  • Short-term relief of muscular discomfort

Cupping commonly leaves temporary circular marks that may last several days. It may also cause tenderness, bruising, blistering or skin irritation.

Cupping is included in your $125 visit when your chiropractor determines that it is appropriate.

TENS THERAPY

TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation.

Small electrodes are placed on the skin to deliver controlled electrical impulses. TENS may be used for temporary relief of certain types of musculoskeletal discomfort.

During treatment, you may feel tingling or gentle pulsing. The intensity should feel noticeable but comfortable.

TENS is included in your $125 visit when clinically appropriate.

WHAT TO EXPECT

1. Health and Symptom Review

We discuss your current concern, medical history, medications, injuries, activity and treatment goals.

2. Focused Examination

Your chiropractor may evaluate posture, movement, joint mobility, muscle tension, strength or neurologic function as appropriate.

3. Clinical Recommendation

The findings and proposed treatment are explained before care begins.

4. Personalized Treatment

Your visit may include adjustment, mobilization, soft-tissue work, cupping or TENS based on your needs.

5. Next-Step Guidance

You may receive mobility exercises, activity recommendations, home-care guidance or a recommendation for additional evaluation.

WHEN WE MAY REFER YOU

Chiropractic care should not delay diagnosis or treatment of a serious medical condition.

We may recommend medical evaluation, imaging, physical therapy or specialist care when symptoms suggest:

  • Fracture

  • Significant trauma

  • Progressive weakness

  • New numbness or loss of coordination

  • Possible nerve-root or spinal-cord involvement

  • Infection

  • Inflammatory disease

  • Severe osteoporosis

  • Unexplained weight loss

  • Cancer-related concerns

  • Vascular symptoms

  • A condition outside chiropractic scope

The goal is not to adjust every patient. It is to determine the most appropriate next step.

CHIROPRACTIC CARE + LIVING STRONG STUDIO

Chiropractic care may complement Living Strong training by addressing certain mobility restrictions, muscle tension or musculoskeletal discomfort that affects exercise.

Your chiropractor and fitness coach may help you distinguish among:

  • Movements that are appropriate

  • Exercises that need modification

  • Activities that should be temporarily avoided

  • Symptoms requiring medical evaluation

  • Areas that may benefit from strength or mobility work

Chiropractic treatment does not replace progressive strength training, physical therapy or medical care when those services are indicated.

WHO MAY CONSIDER A VISIT?

Chiropractic evaluation may be useful for adults experiencing:

  • New or recurring musculoskeletal discomfort

  • Neck or back stiffness

  • Limited mobility

  • Muscle tension

  • Postural strain

  • Exercise-related soreness

  • Difficulty moving comfortably

  • A desire for conservative musculoskeletal care

Treatment is determined only after appropriate evaluation.

SAFETY AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

Chiropractic manipulation, cupping and TENS are not appropriate for everyone.

Tell your chiropractor if you have:

  • Osteoporosis or reduced bone density

  • Recent surgery

  • Fracture or significant trauma

  • Bleeding or clotting disorder

  • Blood-thinning medication

  • Cancer

  • Active infection or fever

  • Pregnancy

  • Pacemaker or implanted electrical device

  • Seizure disorder

  • Skin infection, rash or open wound

  • New weakness, numbness or balance problems

  • A history of vascular or neurologic disease

Your treatment may be modified, postponed or referred based on these factors.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does the $125 fee include?

The flat fee includes your chiropractic visit and any cupping or TENS treatment the chiropractor determines is appropriate during that appointment.

Will every visit include cupping and TENS?

Not necessarily. Treatment is individualized. Some visits may include an adjustment, mobilization, cupping, TENS or a combination.

Do you bill insurance?

No. Living Method does not submit chiropractic claims to insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

Do I have to purchase a package?

No. Visits are priced individually, with no required package or long-term treatment contract.

Will I be adjusted during my first appointment?

An adjustment may be performed if the evaluation indicates it is appropriate and you consent. In some cases, additional evaluation or medical clearance may be recommended first.

Will cupping leave marks?

It can. Temporary circular discoloration or bruising is common and may remain visible for several days.

Does TENS hurt?

TENS generally creates a tingling or pulsing sensation. The intensity is adjusted for comfort.

How many visits will I need?

There is no universal schedule. Recommendations depend on your symptoms, findings, goals and response. No specific number of visits or outcome can be guaranteed.

Is chiropractic care the same as physical therapy?

No. The professions overlap in some areas but have different training and scopes. Referral to physical therapy may be recommended when rehabilitation is the more appropriate service.
