Your labs are normal. Your brain might not be.

After age 45,
your brain may already be sending SOS signals — isn't it time we listen?

The CogSpan™  Immersive System is a first-in-class, patent-pending System designed to detect the subtle patterns of aging that traditional medicine often overlooks. These changes may not yet point to a diagnosis, but they can reveal early system-level dysfunction that can be addressed years — even decades — before disease develops.

Our comprehensive whole-body and brain health audit looks for hidden causes of cognitive decline, brain and body inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, vascular aging, sleep disruption, hormonal imbalance, and loss of resilience.

This is not just another doctor’s visit or a panel of labs read by AI.
It is the beginning of someone finally watching over your brain.

WHO IS IT FOR?

We watch over your brain
so you can build your legacy--and enjoy it.

We built a program for people who refuse to accept decline, who are starting to have subtle changes in their brain sharpness, who have a family history of dementia, or who want root-cause data and a way to follow brain function over time--not just dementia management when it's too late to act because the window has closed.

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR:

The Executive

Leads high-stakes decisions and notices the first signs of cognitive fatigue after 5pm.

The Professional

Wants root-cause data, not symptom management and pills when it's too late to act.

The Mid-Life Woman

Concerned that her "brain fog" might be a sign of being in The Silent Gap of Dementia

The Adult Child

Experienced with the devastation of a parent with dementia and fearing a repeated genetic cycle.

What We Check

What We Check

BRAIN FUNCTION TESTING

Cognitive Performance Testing

We establish your personal cognitive baseline with objective, computerized testing that measures overall memory, working memory, processing speed, attention, executive function, and reaction time. Regular testing helps detect subtle cognitive changes long before they become clinically apparent, supporting early dementia risk assessment and monitoring for conditions associated with brain inflammation. We also evaluate anxiety, depression, PTSD, and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)—all of which can significantly influence cognitive health, inflammation, and healthy aging. Most importantly, every intervention in your personalized program is measured against objective data, not just how you feel.

ADVANCED BRAIN

LAB TESTING

Advanced Neurodegeneration Biomarkers
When clinically appropriate, we offer advanced blood testing for amyloid beta 42/40 ratio (Aβ42/40), phosphorylated tau-217 (p-tau217), neurofilament light chain (NfL), and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP). These cutting-edge biomarkers can help detect early Alzheimer's disease pathology, neuronal injury, and neuroinflammation—often years before symptoms become apparent—allowing for more personalized risk assessment and earlier intervention.

Blood Sugar & Insulin Regulation
We assess how well your body regulates blood sugar and insulin because insulin resistance is one of the most powerful—and often overlooked—causes of brain aging.

Stroke & Brain Health Risk

We measure a blood marker linked to stroke, memory loss, and dementia. High levels often indicate your body's natural repair system isn't working efficiently and can frequently be improved with targeted nutrition and vitamin therapy.

Kidney Health
Targeted biomarkers provide an early window into kidney and vascular health, both of which directly influence brain blood flow, toxin clearance, and long-term cognitive resilience.

Organ Function Baseline
A comprehensive metabolic panel and blood cell analysis evaluates liver and kidney function, electrolyte balance, immune health, and overall metabolic resilience—the biological foundation upon which every longevity intervention is built.

MOBILITY AND STRENGTH

Mobility & Strength Assessment Physical function is one of the strongest predictors of healthy aging, independence, and long-term brain health. We evaluate grip strength, balance, walking speed and quality, the quality of your mobility, lower-body strength, and fall risk using objective performance testing offered virtually with a mailed assessment kit, or in-person in Pasadena, CA.

INFLAMMATION, HORMONES & NUTRITION

Brain Inflammation
We measure key markers of inflammation because chronic inflammation can damage brain cells, accelerate brain aging, and contribute to brain fog, memory problems, and an increased risk of cognitive decline. Detecting inflammation early allows us to target one of the most treatable drivers of long-term brain health.

Hormone & Thyroid Function
We evaluate hormones and thyroid function because even mild imbalances can contribute to fatigue, brain fog, slowed thinking, mood changes, and memory problems. These subtle abnormalities are often missed during routine medical evaluations but are among the most treatable causes of cognitive dysfunction.

Iron & Cellular Energy
Iron is essential for carrying oxygen, producing cellular energy, and supporting healthy brain function. We measure your iron stores because both low and high iron levels can contribute to fatigue, brain fog, poor concentration, and reduced physical performance.

Neurological Foundations
We measure essential nutrients that support healthy brain function, nerve protection, memory, mood, and energy production. Deficiencies are common, can contribute to brain fog and cognitive decline, and are often easily corrected with targeted nutrition or supplementation.

HEART AND BLOOD VESSEL FUNCTION

Heart Rate Response

We measure your heart rate and blood pressure at rest and after standing to assess how well your autonomic nervous system maintains blood flow to the brain. An abnormal response may indicate autonomic dysfunction or impaired vascular regulation—common but often overlooked causes of dizziness, fatigue, brain fog, exercise intolerance, and cognitive decline.

Resting Vital Signs

Blood pressure, resting heart rate, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, and temperature establish your cardiovascular baseline and provide important insight into your heart, lung, and overall health. These simple measurements help identify early health concerns and serve as objective benchmarks to track your progress over time.

YOUR LOCAL AIR AND WATER QUALITY

Your Air and Water Quality is important The quality of the air you breathe and the water you drink directly affects every organ in your body. Chronic exposure to pollutants and contaminants can increase inflammation, impair immune function, damage the brain and heart, and accelerate aging.

ENVIRONMENTAL TOXIN BURDEN

Mold & Mycotoxin Exposure We test for a panel of clinically significant mycotoxins — directly linked to progressive brain fog, memory loss, and neuroinflammation — that most physicians never consider. Many patients have no idea their home or workplace is the source of their cognitive symptoms.

Environmental Chemical ExposureWe test for environmental chemicals that can disrupt hormones, increase inflammation, and affect brain health. Identifying these hidden exposures allows us to reduce your toxic burden and create a personalized plan to support healthier aging and better cognitive function.

Your Cells' Power & Detox System

Your cells rely on tiny "energy factories," called mitochondria, to produce the energy needed for your brain, muscles, and every organ to function properly. Advanced testing evaluates how efficiently your body produces energy, processes brain chemicals, and removes toxins. These results help us understand how environmental exposures may be affecting your health.

Microplastics & Forever Chemicals

Emerging research suggests that microscopic plastic particles can enter the bloodstream and may reach the brain by crossing the blood-brain barrier. Because the brain has limited mechanisms for clearing many persistent environmental contaminants, these particles may accumulate over time and contribute to brain inflammation. Our comprehensive environmental assessment evaluates exposure to plastics, PFAS ("forever chemicals"), heavy metals, and other toxins to identify modifiable risks and develop personalized strategies that support brain health, healthy aging, and long-term cognitive resilience.

ADVANCED TESTING & TREATMENT OPTIONS

Add-on suite of testing

Your initial assessment is designed to identify the most important opportunities to improve your health. Based on your results, we may recommend additional testing or targeted therapies to further evaluate and optimize specific areas of concern. These may include continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), total body or brain MRI, oral microbiome analysis, home sleep testing, VO₂ max testing, total body bone and muscle composition, resting metabolic rate testing, GRAIL cancer screening for 50+ cancers, or referrals for specialists for additional as-needed testing. Not all treatments are available virtually.

Add-on suite of treatments may include evidence-based supplement protocols, prescriptions for hormones or medications, IV nutrient therapy, peptides, regenerative medicine treatments including stem cell and exosome therapy, red light therapy, fitness training, high/low oxygen training (IHHT), red light therapy or additional consultations with our providers, fitness director, chiropractor or menopause and health coach.  Not all treatments are available virtually.

How We Treat Your Signals

how we treat your signals

Brain inflammation rarely has a single cause—and there is rarely a single treatment. Our approach is to identify the factors contributing to inflammation and build a personalized plan that addresses them systematically. Every recommendation is guided by your assessment results and monitored over time with repeat testing.

PHASE 1 | DETOX

Reduce Inflammatory Burden

The first step is identifying and reducing factors that may contribute to chronic inflammation and impaired brain function. Depending on your evaluation, your plan may include environmental toxin reduction strategies, targeted nutritional supplements, physician-supervised detoxification protocols, IV nutrient therapy, dietary changes through the My Living Eats™ app, and treatment of underlying conditions such as insulin resistance, sleep disorders, hormone imbalance, chronic infections, or oral inflammation. Follow-up cognitive testing helps determine whether these interventions are improving.

PHASE 2 | RESTORE

Rebuild Brain Health

Once inflammatory drivers are being addressed, treatment shifts toward restoring the biological systems that support healthy brain function. Your personalized program may include optimization of metabolic health, sleep, nutrition, hormones, cardiovascular health, mitochondrial function, and physical fitness, along with evidence-based supplementation and prescription therapies when appropriate. Additional imaging, specialty testing, or referral to collaborating specialists may be recommended based on your individual findings. In this phase, we will consider adding IV therapy and peptide therapies if appropriate.  Several investigational therapies are being studied for their potential role in supporting brain health.  Semax and Selank are synthetic peptides developed that have been used outside of the U.S. for cognitive impairment, anxiety disorders, recovery after stroke, and other neurological conditions.

Although early clinical studies have shown encouraging findings, these peptides are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of neurological disease, and additional high-quality clinical trials are needed to establish their safety and effectiveness.

PHASE 3 | REPLENISH

Support Long-Term Brain Resilience

Once in Phase 3, we will retest your cognitive function and possibly to ensure that your detox and restoration pathways are cleared and functioning better.  For select patients, we may recommend Stem cell-based therapies and extracellular vesicles (often called exosomes) that are also active areas of research. Early laboratory studies and small human trials suggest these therapies may influence neuroinflammation, immune signaling, and tissue repair. However, they remain investigational for neurodegenerative diseases, and larger randomized clinical trials are needed before they can be considered established treatments.

At the end of six months, we will recommend a repeat assessment to compare scores to ensure that goals have been met. Afterwords, we will recommend cognitive testing alone or with a full repeat assessment every 6-12 months long term to continue to keep an eye on your brain health.
